ICOs, blockchain, and lack of regulation are a fantastic result of innovation in capitalism and free markets. If investors “can’t comprehend risk” and need the SEC to “protect them” maybe they shouldn’t be investing in ICOs and should stick to well-regulated securities.

I, for one, understand the extreme risk and believe the innovation and potential profit is worth it. The day the SEC enters the world of tokens and blokchains will be the day innovation dies.
